Uzma Adil Khan is a seasoned corporate leader and governance expert with over three decades of diverse experience in regulatory affairs, financial management, and board-level leadership. She has served as Chairperson of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), where she led policy implementation, licensing, and oversight of Pakistan’s midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, including Managing Director, CFO, and Company Secretary.Ms. Khan is currently Chairperson and Independent Director at Service Industries Limited, where she also chairs the Human Resource & Remuneration Committee. A Fellow Member of ICAP and a Certified Director, she has contributed extensively to public sector reform, corporate governance, and professional development. Her contributions have been recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award from ICAP, presented by the President of Pakistan.
