Mr. Naeem is a qualified Chartered Accountant and trained with KPMG and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, one of the Big Four Firms. Mr. Naeem has more than 15 years of combined experience of Audit, Tax Planning, Offshore tax Planning, Estate Planning and Tax Litigations advising leading businesses. The experience gained is in the mixed structure of public practice and private sector advisors.
Muhammad A. Naeem is currently serving at Executive levels at various organizations. He is leading team member of couple of firms in their Corporate Finance departments / practices in the United Kingdom. Focusing on Complex Transaction Advisory, Tax Planning and Litigation, Estate Planning, VAT, Corporate finance transactions, and Hedge Market expertise.
Mr. Naeem has worked on a broad range of inherently complex transaction advisory issues ranging from Money laundering, Cross border Establishment, Corporate ventures and respective due diligences in advising clients as general Consultants for IPOs in collaboration with NOMADS in AIM Market. The sector experiences include Financial Services sector, Hedge funding manufacturing, Hospitality and Infrastructure Development.
He has applied his consulting expertise globally with various practices, and having served clients in the other jurisdictions such as USA, Isle of Man, BVI, UAE, Luxembourg, Dublin and India. He has also held a number of leadership roles at different practices in both recruiting and human resources.
Personal Interest Includes book reading, Hiking, playing squash and travel.
