This experience is gained in the mixed structure of public practice and private sector environment.
Manan A Butt is currentlyserving at Senior levels at various organizations. He is leading team member of couple of firms in their Corporate Finance departments / practices in the United Kingdom. focusing on corporate finance transactions, Bank Guarantees and Capital Market Strategies.Mr. Butt has worked on a broad range of issues from inorganic growth strategy and due diligence to joint venture design and merger integration. Within corporate finance, he has worked extensively on corporate strategy, transactions and capital markets work and his work has spanned a variety of industries. He also has significant experience advising clients in the financial services industry, specifically in the payments sector, as well as technology, media and hotel industry.
He has applied his consulting expertise globally with various practices, and also having served clients in the other jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, Dublin and Dubai. He has also held a number of leadership roles at different practices in both recruiting and human resources.
