He is a civil servant with diverse experience in Taxation, Law, Public Policy, Public Finance and Management. With a career spanning well over 30 years, he has worked at all levels of management in revenue and other organizations and possesses a deep understanding of taxation, governance of public institutions, policy-making and financial mechanisms. He also carries the experience of public sector corporate structure and the networking mechanism. He has been instrumental in building the Punjab Revenue Authority as the most innovative and foremost revenue collecting agency in the Province and also successfully implemented the model of a fully digitized smart tax administration known as e-PRA which has been acknowledged globally in a research carried out by Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce UK.
